About the position

The Juice-ologist position at Zenful Juice involves preparing and serving juice and food products while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers. The role requires adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines, as well as providing excellent customer service. The position can be part-time or full-time, with a focus on morning shifts starting at 7-7:30 AM.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with menu reviews and item selections.
• Answer customer questions about ingredients and product tastes.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Familiarize with all products to assist with customer inquiries.
• Answer incoming phone calls and manage orders using the point of sale system.
• Fulfill online orders for pick-up and delivery.
• Prepare and serve food and drink items according to Zenful Juice recipes.
• Safely handle equipment, utensils, and supplies during food preparation.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times.
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes after completing orders.
• Restock fresh and frozen produce safely and cleanly.
• Complete opening and closing procedures as per store instructions.

Requirements

• Must obtain ServSafe certification within 30 days of hire.
• Must work in accordance with safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
