About the position

The Junior Account Executive/Account Executive role at SpotHopper is designed for individuals looking to grow their sales careers within a dynamic startup environment focused on supporting local restaurants and bars. The position offers a structured ramp-up period for recent graduates or those with limited sales experience, transitioning into a full Account Executive role with comprehensive training and opportunities for advancement. The role emphasizes prospecting, client engagement, and collaboration with the customer success team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for prospective clients in the restaurant and bar industry.
  • Meet in person with bar and restaurant owners to demonstrate the SpotHopper platform.
  • Work closely with the customer success team post-sale to ensure excellent client care.
  • Participate in a structured training process to learn SpotHopper's products and sales processes.
  • Collaborate with management and team members throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • 2 years of sales experience (preferred)
  • Experience in SaaS and account management
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-velocity sales environment
