The role emphasizes prospecting, client engagement, and collaboration with the customer success team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for prospective clients in the restaurant and bar industry.
  • Meet in person with bar and restaurant owners to demonstrate the SpotHopper platform.
  • Work closely with the customer success team post-sale to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Participate in a structured training process to learn about SpotHopper's products and sales processes.
  • Collaborate with management and team members throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a high-velocity environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a go-getter mentality.
