Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact to address their needs and concerns.
• Work with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Track client interactions and performance metrics to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
• Assist in managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities to expand business relationships.
• Collaborate with senior account executives to support sales strategies, client presentations, and proposal development.
• Participate in our structured training program to learn about our products, services, and sales techniques.
• Address client inquiries and provide timely solutions, escalating issues when necessary.
