About the position

Endear is looking for a Junior Account Executive who is passionate about building relationships and solving problems for customers and leads. This entry-level role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from initial qualification to sign-up and expansion, while collaborating with various departments to drive growth and improve sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales cycle including qualification, prospecting, nurturing, and closing.
  • Generate half of your own pipeline via outbound efforts while managing inbound leads.
  • Diagnose prospects' pain points and conduct on-screen demos of the Endear platform.
  • Nurture opportunities by providing resources and information to guide decision-making.
  • Collaborate with an Account Manager to ensure positive customer onboarding and expansion.
  • Suggest improvements to the sales cycle, tools, pitch, and overall strategy.
  • Work cross-functionally with product and marketing teams to facilitate feedback between leads, customers, and the company.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in sales, preferably in B2B software (SaaS).
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Ability to identify and solve business problems.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Eager to learn and grow with a proactive attitude.
  • Comfortable working remotely.
