About the position

As a Junior Account Executive at Yardi Systems, you will play a crucial role in driving sales within small to medium-sized accounts in your assigned territory. This inside sales position involves managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while actively participating in marketing events and maintaining performance reporting. Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of Yardi solutions within the assigned territory, focusing on small- to medium-sized accounts.
  • Execute end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to closing deals, while meeting individual sales goals.
  • Devote a minimum of 4+ hours per day to phone-based activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and identifying key decision makers.
  • Skillfully navigate the sales process to successfully close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Prioritize proactive prospecting to identify new opportunities and expand your client base.
  • Dedicate time and effort to qualifying leads and ensuring alignment with key decision makers.
  • Participate in marketing events, effectively showcasing Yardi's solutions.
  • Commitment to personal growth, including the completion of product certifications and performance reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience.
  • Skilled in initiating cold calls and generating leads.
  • Proficient knowledge of sales strategies and methods, with a comprehensive grasp of the entire sales process from lead generation through to closing deals.
  • Capable of comprehending technical products.
  • Highly motivated by setting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, rapidly evolving sales setting.
