About the position

The Junior Account Executive at Social Mobile is responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing customers while supporting sales activities. This role involves leveraging the company's Android hardware solutions and managed services to meet client needs and drive growth. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and contribute to the company's success in the mobility solutions market.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and pain points to propose suitable technology solutions.
  • Attend client meetings, manage day-to-day sales support activities, and provide necessary sales documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Enterprise Solutions on Annual and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and CRM entries, ensuring up-to-date customer information.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Social Mobile's products and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing post-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of business development, account management, or sales support experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
  • Knowledge of the mobility industry.
  • Experience with sales tools such as HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven mindset focused on achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to maintain effective relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
