We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Conduct account analysis and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Support accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and vendor payments.
• Participate in regulatory reporting and compliance activities as required.
• Perform cash flow analysis to monitor liquidity and financial stability.
• Maintain general ledger accounting by recording transactions and ensuring proper documentation.
• Collaborate with senior accountants on technical accounting issues.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of GAAP principles and practices.
• Proficiency in account analysis and reconciliation techniques.
• Experience with Quickbooks or similar accounting software is required.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements.
• Competence in general ledger accounting procedures.

Nice-to-haves

• Understanding of technical accounting concepts is desirable.
• Bookkeeping: 2 years (Preferred)
• English and Spanish (Preferred)
• 2 or 4 years degree? (Preferred)
