Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for all transactions
• Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner
• Perform bank reconciliations and prepare related reports
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing procedures
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Provide support during audits and help in resolving discrepancies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 2 years' experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
