The Junior Accountant at Hub Central Properties is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation
- Process accounts payable transactions
- Prepare and analyze reports and financial statements (e.g. rent roll)
- Update tenant ledgers according to move-out balances
- Assist with payroll processing and tax filings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Junior Accountant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
