Responsibilities
- Reviews weekly aging report and determines collectability of accounts
- Facilitates communication with collections companies as applicable
- Identifies problematic accounts and takes initiative to collect payment quickly
- Effectively communicates collections statuses to AR Supervisor
- Works with customers and sales representatives to reconcile and collect AR accounts
- Accurately posts AR adjustments with an understanding of GL accounting
- Manages and uploads invoices to customer platforms
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Recent experience with Accounts Receivable, Collections, and General Ledger
- Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite
