About the position

The Junior Agile Project Manager at Acre Security will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Access and Intrusion products, ensuring efficient project execution and team collaboration. This role involves acting as a Scrum Master and coach, managing project timelines, and coordinating with various teams and third-party partners to deliver innovative security solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery, testing, and release of Access and Intrusion products.
  • Estimate, plan, and schedule project timelines.
  • Organize and facilitate project kick-off and review meetings.
  • Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues.
  • Provide clear visibility of project schedules, status, resources, and costs to stakeholders.
  • Escalate issues and blockers in a timely manner.
  • Manage communication with third-party partners.
  • Facilitate team meetings and drive decision-making.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of Agile and project management processes.
  • Support Scrum adoption across product management and R&D teams.
  • Serve as Scrum Master for specific teams.
  • Coordinate Kanban activities and collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to set priorities.
  • Guide and motivate Kanban teams to deliver value.
  • Provide regular reporting, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly status updates and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Degree or relevant qualification in Project Management, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years post-graduate experience in agile project management; Certified Scrum Master preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of projects across multiple teams.
  • Strong experience in delivering complex software or firmware products; hardware delivery experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile and Project Management principles and practices.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of electronics and manufacturing processes is an advantage.
