About the position

The Junior Android Developer role is a full-time, W-2 consulting position aimed at individuals eager to advance their technical careers in a dynamic and rapidly growing IT consulting firm. The position involves working with Fortune 1,000 clients, providing opportunities to gain valuable experience in the Android ecosystem and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop software applications using Java or C#.
• Implement Object Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts in development tasks.
• Work with XML, SQL, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, and HTML as needed.
• Utilize version control systems like Git for code management.
• Adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and best practices in Android development.
• Understand and apply computer science concepts such as data structures and algorithms.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in software development using Java after obtaining a degree.
• Experience in either Java or C# is required.
• Basic understanding of OOP concepts is necessary.
• Hands-on experience with XML, SQL, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, or HTML is preferred.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git is essential.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
