About the position
The Junior Art Director will be responsible for creating designs for both print and digital media for agency clients. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can adhere to timelines and budgets while collaborating closely with account teams. The position involves understanding client initiatives and producing creative content, including social media posts and animations. The role is onsite in Armonk, NY, three times a week, and requires a passion for design and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years working experience (including college internship)
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of print production and digital design
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a positive 'can do' attitude
