Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to ensure alignment of product offerings with brand messaging.
  • Design compelling brand decks for content creators and licensees that visually and strategically align with our brand values.
  • Utilize digital marketing techniques to enhance online presence and drive e-commerce sales.
  • Leverage consumer insights to develop brand plans and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Work closely with Sales, Education, Customer Marketing, Social eCommerce, and Creative teams to ensure consistent brand visuals, messaging, and execution across channels.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in brand marketing or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Creativity and a passion for staying ahead of market and consumer trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Canva and Figma for design purposes.
  • Knowledge of market research techniques to assess brand performance and track competitor strategies.
