This position is designed for individuals who are eager to grow and develop their skills in a dynamic environment. As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering and compiling data from various sources within the organization. You will be responsible for reviewing data to ensure its accuracy and maintaining data integrity through regular audits and validations. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you create concise reports that communicate findings and insights, identifying trends and patterns within the data. In this role, you will utilize tools such as Excel, Tableau, and other data software to perform your tasks effectively. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with all teams within the Exterior Services division to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies. Additionally, you will be tasked with performing ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested by management, and building predictive models to forecast future service and resource demands. This position is hybrid, requiring in-office attendance from Tuesday to Thursday, allowing for a blend of remote and in-person work. Responsibilities

  • Gather and compile data from various sources within the organization.
  • Review data and ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality through regular audits and validations.
  • Create concise reports to communicate findings and insights by identifying trends and patterns within the data.
  • Use tools such as Excel, Tableau, and other data software as necessary.
  • Collaborate with all teams within the Exterior Services division to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested by management.
  • Build predictive models to forecast future service and resource demands.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Business Analytics, or similar.
  • Experience using Power BI, Excel, or similar dashboard programs.
  • Python and Air Table experience preferred.
