About the position

As a Junior Business Intelligence Developer at ENT Specialty Partners, you will be responsible for delivering timely reporting solutions, analyzing data, and enhancing business processes. This role is crucial for integrating business workflows and supporting the executive offices in making informed decisions based on data insights.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain BI reports.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Develop reports primarily using Tableau and PowerBI.
• Conduct unit tests and document validation of reports with source systems.
• Implement Tableau security based on user roles.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen or have aEB-1, O-1, orEB-5 Visa that does not require sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Statistics, or Data Science.
• Minimum of 3 years in a Business Intelligence developer or Data Analyst role.
• Strong SQL skills including joins, queries, and select statements.
• Agile experience on development projects, gathering requirements and translating them into use cases.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with Microsoft SSIS, Python, or C# is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare preferred.
