As a Junior Copywriter, you will intake briefs from a diverse range of marketing stakeholders, bringing your curiosity and creativity to each project. You will generate unique creative concepts and copy in collaboration with design peers and creative directors, ensuring that your work is not only original but also aligns with the strategic goals of the marketing team. Presenting your work with clarity and enthusiasm will be essential, as you will need to articulate the rationale behind your creative decisions to a broad audience. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is committed to quality and originality. You will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into your work. Responsibilities

  • Intake briefs from a diversity of marketing stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of copywriting experience within a creative agency.
  • Ability to collaborate with business units, marketing teams, and the larger Studio team closely.
  • Willingness to constructively receive, weigh, and integrate diverse feedback.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to present copy in a clear, confident, professional, and cogent manner.
  • Ability to explain rationale for copy decisions to a broad audience.
  • Awareness of industry trends and ability to incorporate new techniques and trends.
  • Willingness to proactively identify issues and propose solutions.
  • Eagerness to broaden skills and domain expertise.
