Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize high-quality video content for social media platforms and video advertising campaigns.
• Lead strategic planning and concept development for brand campaigns, aligning creative initiatives with client objectives.
• Oversee content strategies that support brand goals across various platforms, including social media and paid advertising.
• Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns, ensuring all creative elements are optimized for performance.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure all deliverables are on-brand, on-time, and on-budget.
• Oversee productions creatively, ensuring the vision is executed from concept to completion.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a junior creative director with a focus on digital and social media campaigns.
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience at an Advertising/Creative Agency.
• Bachelor's degree in Advertising or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Figma.
