About the position

The Junior Creative Director at Wishare Media Group is responsible for planning and delivering advertising campaigns, focusing on digital advertising, social media, and content creation. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that creative initiatives align with client objectives and brand identity. The position emphasizes both pre-production and post-production expertise in video content, along with strategic planning and campaign management.

Responsibilities

• Independently complete pre-production tasks and assist the Creative Director in finalizing the production deck.
• Skilled in video editing and capable of leading the post-production team to complete projects.
• Oversee productions creatively, ensuring the vision is executed from concept to completion.
• Lead strategic planning and concept development for brand campaigns, aligning creative initiatives with client objectives.
• Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns, ensuring all creative elements are optimized for performance and meet KPIs.
• Provide strategic direction on ad content creation from ideation to execution.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure all deliverables are on-brand, on-time, and on-budget.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a junior creative director with a focus on digital and social media campaigns.
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience at an Advertising/Creative Agency and Studio.
• Demonstrated ability to take a project from concept to completion.
• Bachelor's degree in Advertising or a related field.
