About the position

TBNR (The Best Never Rest) is a leading YouTube Production Company that manages the extensive YouTube channels and digital media brands of prominent figures such as Preston and Brianna Arsement. With over 60 million subscribers and 18 billion lifetime views across our channels, we are dedicated to producing engaging and innovative content that resonates with our audience. We are looking for a Junior Creative Strategist/Writer who shares our passion for YouTube and is eager to contribute to our mission of delivering the latest and greatest content. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about the opportunity to work collaboratively with a creative team. As a Junior Creative Strategist/Writer, you will be responsible for identifying trending and entertaining topics that will attract viewers to our videos. You will scrape various social media platforms for relevant clips and assist in writing outlines for filming days. Your role will also involve supporting the physical production of shoots to ensure that our creative vision is realized. Utilizing YouTube Analytics, you will analyze the performance of our content, making necessary adjustments to enhance viewer engagement. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met while continuously seeking new ways to improve our content and fill any gaps. A commitment to ongoing education in the Reaction space is essential, as is the ability to research and organize props effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Identify relevant and high interest/entertaining topics that will drive the YouTube audience to click on our videos.
  • Scrape all social media platforms for clips tailored to the creative ideas given to you.
  • Research and help write outlines for filming days.
  • Assist with the physical production of shoots to ensure the creative vision comes to life.
  • Use YouTube Analytics to understand why things succeed or fail and make adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain several projects at once while effectively managing time and responsibilities.
  • Always be educating yourself on what works best in the Reaction space.
  • Look for new and interesting ways to improve our content or fill content gaps.
  • Find, research, and organize props.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience with creative writing within the digital media space.
  • Stellar writing skills, with a funny, sarcastic, clever voice that will easily adapt itself to the TBNR brand.
  • Excellent research skills.
  • Strong initiative and the ability for creative thinking as it relates to Pop Culture and content production.
  • Ability to deliver content on tight deadlines.
  • Experience using Google Suite, Monday.com (or other project management tools), and Slack preferred.
