About the position

The Junior Creative Designer at ANA will support the marketing team by developing and executing visual design projects from concept to completion. This entry-level position focuses on creating visually compelling graphics and layouts, improving existing design assets, and contributing to creative solutions that enhance ANA's brand presence. The role requires collaboration with the creative team to ensure design elements align with project goals and brand standards, providing an excellent opportunity for skill development in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating visually engaging designs for various projects, including templates, social media graphics, website visuals, email campaigns, brochures, and flyers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop design concepts that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
• Ensure that all design work adheres to the company's brand standards and maintains a consistent visual identity across all platforms and materials.
• Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders into design revisions and updates, demonstrating a willingness to iterate and refine designs based on constructive input.
• Provide support in the design process, including preparing files for print, resizing assets for different formats, and ensuring timely delivery of design assets.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to design projects.
• Work closely with other team members, including marketers, copywriters, and developers, to ensure designs meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Review and proofread design work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality output before final delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is preferred or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in a design role, including internships or freelance work, is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative work.
• Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to take direction and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
