About the position

Outbrain is seeking a Jr. Customer Success Manager to support the Mid-Market performance team. This role focuses on driving client success through effective campaign management and optimization strategies, leveraging data and analytics to enhance performance. The position involves building strong relationships with clients and internal teams, contributing to revenue growth and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sr. Customer Success Manager in driving revenue and strategic growth for top accounts.
• Develop data-driven optimization strategies in collaboration with the CSM and Sales teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with large agency clients and brands.
• Assist in the execution of Outbrain campaigns, ensuring flawless delivery and performance.
• Communicate effectively with internal staff members to align on client needs and expectations.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in digital media, agency, or adtech.
• Experience in media buying and performance marketing is preferred.
• Familiarity with 3rd party vendors and tools (DCM, impression pixels, click tags).
• Experience buying media on Outbrain or other native platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to manipulate and interpret data for actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, proficient in presentation software.
