About the position

Mando Technologies is seeking a motivated Junior Cyber Security Analyst to join their team. This hybrid role focuses on IT security, system security, cloud technologies, and network management, requiring 1-3 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will assist in managing system security, ensuring compliance with industry best practices, and supporting cloud security configurations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing system security and ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
• Support the configuration and management of cloud security in platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Develop and manage network security using Cisco technologies, ensuring proper controls are in place.
• Create and maintain Visio topologies for visualizing network infrastructure and security frameworks.
• Automate tasks and improve efficiency using scripting and programming languages such as Python and PowerShell.
• Collaborate with teams to implement security best practices and contribute to ongoing security projects.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in IT security or a related field.
• Certifications: Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) or Security+ certification.
• Experience working with Cisco technologies, with CCNA certification preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud security in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming, specifically in Python and PowerShell.
• Ability to create and manage Visio topologies for security infrastructure.
