About the position

The Junior Data Analyst position at Geo-Med, LLC is an in-office role focused on supporting operations, sales, and contracting functions within the company. The analyst will manage master data files, assist with data creation and updates, and provide end-user support, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.

• Managing Master Data Files including gathering, organizing, and verifying data sets
• Data Creation, Updates, and Deletions
• Managing Users and User Roles
• Sales Data and Reporting
• End-User Support
• Response to Solicitations
• Basic Marketing Functions
• WooCommerce Management and Development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in data analytics
• 3 years of experience with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with NetSuite preferred
• Experience with Python preferred
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to think analytically and value accuracy
• Strong interpersonal skills

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with WooCommerce preferred
• 2-5 years of verifiable experience
