We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join our Gas sector. This role is responsible for collecting and analyzing data to develop reports and documentation. The ideal candidate will possess a fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and a deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases. This role is crucial in supporting our data management and analysis processes to drive informed decision-making. Responsibilities: Gather and interpret data from various sources, including meeting notes and operational data. Create and maintain reports using Gantt Charts, Excel, and Visual Basic. Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality. Filter and clean data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs. Assist in database design and maintenance. Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements. Collaborate with other departments to identify business needs and address data-related questions. Provide ongoing reports and data visualizations to support business operations.
