About the position

The Junior Designer - Product Experience & Content role at Aidentified involves working within a dynamic product team to design and enhance user experiences across various digital platforms. The position emphasizes delivering high-quality design work, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the overall product strategy by creating compelling visual content and user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design forward-thinking experiences for users interacting with web applications, Chrome extensions, and product features.
• Navigate ambiguity by proactively seeking clarity and engineering solutions.
• Assist customers during onboarding by providing guidance to enhance their product experience.
• Convey design concepts through sketches, storyboards, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes, and present these ideas confidently.
• Participate in research to understand user and partner needs, creating presentation materials and marketing collateral to support design work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, product management, and engineering teams to advocate for user needs and uphold design excellence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in user/product experience design.
• College degree or equivalent practical experience in design, focusing on graphic design, HCI, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat.
• Experience designing a variety of products, including websites, web apps, mobile apps, and e-commerce features.
• Ability to conceptualize and design publication-ready PDFs for sales and marketing purposes.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to share design rationale persuasively.
• Experience working iteratively with agile engineering teams.

• Excellent understanding of responsive design principles and design systems.
• Familiarity with popular CMS tools and web publishing platforms.
• Knowledge of effective UX copywriting and accessible explainers.
• Experience in designing for extensibility, such as extensions and integrations.
