The Junior Digital Marketing Compliance Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing advertiser relationships by ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards. This position involves providing final approval on all organic content produced by the editorial team, ensuring compliance with all card issuer regulations. The specialist will stay ahead of industry changes, execute vital updates in WordPress, and provide strategic support to the Credit Card team, driving growth and optimization. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who are strong writers and passionate about personal finance, as it offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this position, the specialist will support all compliance-related aspects of advertiser relationships, working directly with advertising platforms to deliver on their requests. They will keep abreast of regulatory developments and evolving best practices, maintaining an organized timeline of all upcoming compliance changes and advertiser updates. The specialist will execute all advertiser updates within the content management system in WordPress and conduct audits to ensure adherence to standards and regulations. Additionally, they will prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate, rewrite copy from the editorial team to make complex regulatory rules understandable to consumers, and become a credit card compliance expert, updating internal teams on industry changes that impact content creation and promotion. The role also includes providing operational support to the Credit Card team, facilitating the growth of the credit card vertical through landing page optimization, competitive analysis, and management of organic and paid social campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Support all compliance-related aspects of advertiser relationships, working directly with advertising platforms.
  • Keep abreast of regulatory developments and evolving best practices.
  • Maintain an organized timeline of all upcoming compliance changes and advertiser updates.
  • Execute all advertiser updates within the content management system in WordPress.
  • Conduct audits to ensure adherence to standards and regulations.
  • Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.
  • Rewrite copy from the editorial team to make complex regulatory rules understandable to consumers.
  • Become a credit card compliance expert, updating internal teams on industry changes that impact content creation and promotion.
  • Provide operational support to the Credit Card team, facilitating the growth of the credit card vertical.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Self-motivated with at least 2 years of experience in Digital Operations, Compliance, Advertiser Management, or Digital Marketing.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to manage complex projects in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Computer Skills; Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.
  • Experience with WordPress, Jira, Tableau, and Confluence is a plus.
  • Intermediate analytical skills.
