About the position

The Jr. Email Marketing Specialist will support the email and digital marketing initiatives of the company. This role involves creating email content, managing creative processes, and collaborating with various teams to ensure effective communication and execution of marketing strategies. The position is designed for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of delivering high-quality work while managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support email and digital content development based on business priorities and ongoing sales performance.
• Partner with Email Supervisor and Media Performance team to execute the weekly email creative and production process.
• Provide detailed direction and guidance to the team's student co-op.
• Manage creative calendars and organization of all email creative assets.
• Manage the week at a glance document and QA emails for accuracy.
• Develop clear, strategically sound briefs and provide clear, direct feedback.
• Monitor the competitive email landscape as well as email trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
• 1-2 years' experience with brand marketing; email experience is beneficial but not necessary.
• Experience using MS Excel & PowerPoint.
