About the position
The Junior Embedded Software Engineer position is a permanent role based in Raleigh, North Carolina, with a salary range of $65,000 to $85,000. The client, located in the Research Triangle Park (RTP) area, is looking to expand their embedded project engineering team. This team is focused primarily on the manufacturing industry while also exploring new projects. The company has sister companies across both Carolinas, providing a collaborative environment for innovation and development. In this fast-paced role, you will be part of a mid-senior level team that works on various aspects of engineering, including software, hardware, and firmware. The position offers the opportunity to engage in different projects every few months, allowing for a dynamic work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embedded systems and be able to hit the ground running, contributing to the team's success from day one. Candidates should possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience. The role requires hands-on experience with hardware and driver development, as well as familiarity with multi-core embedded systems and graphic user interface applications. Experience with manufacturing products and understanding product lifecycles is also essential for this position.

Requirements
