About the position

Goldenwest Credit Union is seeking a proactive and resourceful Junior Executive Assistant to provide effective administrative support to executive-level staff, board members, and community leaders. This role requires expert-level organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. The Junior Executive Assistant will manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, assist in meetings, and support various projects, all while demonstrating exceptional communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and schedule internal and external meetings, both onsite and virtual.
  • Assist in coordinating travel arrangements for executive leadership and board members.
  • Compile travel files as needed.
  • Coordinate monthly board and supervisory committee meetings, including compiling reports and creating director materials.
  • Assist in the coordination of the annual board retreat, including venue, meals, activities, and travel arrangements.
  • Compile data and create annual reporting.
  • Plan and execute credit union-sponsored events attended by the President/CEO.
  • Manage phone calls, providing appropriate screening and taking messages as needed.
  • Compile expense reports and other executive-level reports.
  • Provide logistical support for meetings and assist with various ad hoc projects.

Requirements

  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external contacts.
  • Proficient ability to prioritize and align work with business priorities.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities professionally.
  • Experience in planning and managing events.
  • Strong execution skills with impeccable follow-through.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom.
