The successful candidate will work closely with a Senior Executive Assistant, gaining valuable experience and exposure to executive-level operations. The position is based in North Shore, MA, and offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $75,000, along with a 10% bonus incentive. In this role, the Junior Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for the executives. The candidate will also handle communications, acting as a liaison between internal teams and external contacts, ensuring that all interactions are professional and efficient. Additionally, the role involves preparing and processing expense reports, assisting with general office management, and supporting team activities. The Junior Executive Assistant will be expected to respond promptly to emails, texts, and phone calls, including outside of normal business hours, demonstrating a commitment to supporting the executives at all times. The role may also involve creating presentations and handling special projects as needed, as well as performing other duties that may include personal events and family needs. This position requires a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, making it a critical support role within the executive team.

Responsibilities

Requirements
