This entry-level role involves analyzing the company's business model and project investments, providing insights for improvements in budgeting, operations, and management. The position requires a full-time, in-office presence at the Galleria office in Houston, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze historical financial data and reports as required.
• Understand Key Business Drivers (KPIs) by incorporating and tracking KPIs in preparing reports and analysis.
• Assist in the development of financial projections and build financial models through benchmarking and process analysis.
• Prepare cost projections and forecast financial results.
• Coordinate with operation managers and senior executives on long-term financial projections associated with projects being analyzed.
• Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.
• Participate in budgeting (both CapEx and development/growth projects).
• Review financial and sales transactions for data accuracy.
• Assist and train both field and home office members on how to use the systems and applications developed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling
• Hands-on experience with financial and statistical software
• Expertise and proficiency in Microsoft products, particularly Office MS Excel
• Familiarity with finance databases
