About the position

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports.
• Analyze revenue trends and variances, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Support the forecasting and budgeting process by analyzing historical data and market trends.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations and revenue generation.
• Collaborate with operational teams to identify areas for efficiency improvements and cost savings.
• Conduct variance analysis to understand discrepancies between actual and projected performance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial models to support business planning.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather data and insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2+ years of experience in finance or a related analytical role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP software is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
