About the position

CACI is looking for a full-time Junior Financial Control Analyst to join our dynamic team in providing a wide range of financial support duties to accomplish critical objectives. Responsibilities

  • Monitor and process payments and expense reports for goods and services.
  • Follow policy and regulations to confirm the information is accurate on invoices.
  • Provide guidance using tools, emails, or phone calls regarding the receipt and processing of payments and other documents.
  • Independently research data to provide customers with updates and the status of agreements or various other vouchers that need to be completed.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and take corrective action as needed, including activities involving invoices, expense statements, and funding documents.
  • Review and process vouchers and support the reconciliation process by processing correction documents to fix errors.
  • Use reports to analyze contract funding information and process various vouchers.
  • Examine financial information and discrepancies.
  • Responsible for ad hoc or other tasks relevant to the role.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Three years performing financial records processing and management.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to collaborate.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
