About the position

Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC is seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer to join their team. This role involves developing dynamic, scalable, and secure applications, with a focus on both front-end and back-end integration, cloud infrastructure, and deployment automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern technologies and a commitment to fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces using React.
  • Develop and maintain back-end solutions focusing on APIs, database management, and efficient data handling using PostgreSQL and Node.js.
  • Leverage AWS (EC2, ECS, RDS) to deploy and manage application resources, including custom AMIs and security configurations.
  • Use Docker and Docker Compose for containerized environments to support scalability and efficient resource management.
  • Configure and manage DNS routing to ensure secure and reliable connectivity for web applications.
  • Use Terraform and Packer to automate infrastructure setup, including creating, deploying, and managing AWS EC2 instances.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in full-stack development, including work with JavaScript frameworks like React and back-end solutions like Node.js or Express.
  • Proficiency in AWS (EC2, ECS, RDS) and Terraform for automated deployments and resource management.
  • Familiarity with Docker and Docker Compose for creating and managing containerized applications.
  • Hands-on experience with DNS configurations, custom domain setups, and secure routing practices.
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL, relational database schemas, and index selection for efficient data access.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively in an Agile, remote, or cross-timezone team environment.
