About the position

Vida Shoes International is seeking a Junior Graphic Design Freelancer for the Jambu and Co. footwear division. This role involves working collaboratively with Production, Design, and Marketing teams to create innovative designs for various digital and print projects. The ideal candidate should possess a strong creative flair, be able to follow specific instructions, and generate original concepts while maintaining brand identity. The position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create innovative designs for digital and print projects including tradeshow assets, co-op materials, digital/social banners, and monthly newsletters.
• Assist with product photo retouching and formatting for multiple platforms and vendors.
• Design from ideation to execution, working independently and efficiently.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to articulate assets for specific products.
• Support with digital asset databases and marketing materials.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Video editing skills using After Effects, Premiere, or Final Cut.
• Experience with MS Office, primarily Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and work with urgency.
• Self-starter with creative ideas and a collaborative spirit.
• BFA Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

Nice-to-haves

• HTML and CSS knowledge.
