Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to create visually compelling graphics that align with Firstrade's brand standards and goals.
• Design graphics for a variety of platforms, including social media, emails, and other marketing assets to engage customers and support promotional campaigns.
• Assist in refining designs based on feedback from the team and insights from user data to enhance the customer experience.
• Support the maintenance of design guidelines and processes, ensuring brand consistency across all visual materials.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, sharing ideas and actively receiving feedback to continuously improve the quality of designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Preferably 1 year of internship or full-time experience in graphic design.
• Portfolio showcasing creative work with a strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
• Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative approach to working with marketing and other departments.
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English (both speaking and reading) is required.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
