About the position

The Junior Graphic Designer position at Stowebridge is an entry-level role focused on creating proofs and custom designs for promotional products. The designer will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure brand consistency and project satisfaction, while also managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create proofs for promotional products, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency in each project.
• Collaborate with clients to develop creative, custom designs that fit their vision and elevate their branding.
• Prepare artwork for screen printing.
• Work across a diverse range of products including apparel, drinkware, tech accessories, and more.
• Partner with sales, production, and marketing teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and an understanding of proofing processes.
• A portfolio showcasing both creative design work and proofing experience (bonus if in the promotional product space!).
• Strong communication skills to take client feedback and refine designs quickly.
• Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and creativity.
• Ability to prioritize and organize several simultaneous projects.
