About the position

As a Junior Graphic Designer at Anaplan, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand's new look and feel. This position involves collaborating with the Design and Marketing team to create visually appealing graphics and layouts for various marketing materials, contributing to the company's rebranding initiative and overall visual identity.

Responsibilities

  • Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing materials including campaigns, events, reports, presentations, and digital ads.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts that align with the brand's vision and goals.
  • Execute design briefs with precision and creativity, ensuring all deliverables are on-brand and visually striking.
  • Embrace feedback and iterate on designs to achieve perfection.
  • Prepare final designs for presentation and production, maintaining consistency and quality across all materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong eye for foundational typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Portfolio showcasing creativity and design skills across various mediums.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and contribute fresh ideas.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience creating graphics for digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, display advertising).
  • Illustration skills.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics or animation.
  • Knowledge of web design and UI/UX principles.
