Join Uline's award-winning Creative department as a Junior Graphic Designer to enhance our digital marketing efforts and our 800+ page catalog! This position is on-site at our Corporate Headquarters located at 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158. Our team of over 170 professionals thrives on executing content with brand clarity on tight deadlines. We are looking for individuals who share our passion for design and have an eye for detail. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will conceptualize and design layouts within the Uline brand for various materials including catalogs, direct mail, digital marketing, and internal company documents. You will implement design changes as indicated by project leads and art directors, ensuring that all materials align with our brand standards. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the design team on new print material concepts and partner with our on-site photo studio team to bring fresh imagery concepts to life. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and make a significant impact on our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design layouts within the Uline brand for catalogs, direct mail, digital marketing, and internal company materials.
• Implement design changes as indicated by project leads and art directors.
• Collaborate with the design team on new print material concepts.
• Work closely with the on-site photo studio team to bring fresh imagery concepts to life.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
• 1+ years of graphic design experience in a creative environment.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and macOS.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
