About the position

Troy Lee Designs is seeking a creative and driven Junior Graphic Designer to join their team. This role involves designing and creating compelling marketing materials, editing product photography, and supporting various departments with graphic design needs. The designer will contribute to the visual identity of the brand while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Design digital images and marketing materials for social media and other platforms.
• Contribute to layout, typography, and photography decisions.
• Conduct market research to inform design strategies.
• Take direction from senior staff and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Adhere to project deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Work on diverse projects including illustrations, point-of-purchase displays, retail materials, catalogs, and event graphics.
• Generate fresh concepts that align with brand identity.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives.
• Consult with the design team to maintain cohesive brand representation.
• Stay current with industry developments and design trends.
• Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and print materials.
• Assist in the development of brand identities, including logos, color schemes, and typography.
• Support the design process by preparing presentations and mockups for internal and client reviews.
• Revise designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
• Organize and maintain design files and assets in an orderly manner.

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience working in graphic design, marketing, branding.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or similar field preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for design.
• A portfolio showcasing your design work is required.
