About the position

The Junior Graphic Designer (Multi-Channel) is responsible for executing creative concepts and content for e-commerce and retail customer touchpoints, supporting the integrated marketing plan and brand strategies. This role involves collaborating with various teams to produce high-quality, strategy-driven marketing campaigns that align with the brand's vision and drive transactions both online and in-store.

Responsibilities

  • Support to produce high quality, strategy-driven multi-channel marketing campaigns that seamlessly integrate the needs of a fast paced, rapidly evolving, and growing multi-channel business.
  • Work with a team of ACD's, designers, and writers to maintain and evolve the brand expression in multi-channel creative content, including site content, home page assets, email, mobile, video, animation, and in-store signage.
  • Execute specific creative requests received through creative briefings at a rapid pace to meet the heightened demands of a fast-growing, dynamic business.
  • Collaborate with ACD's, designers, copywriters, brand, project management, production, and studio to effectively meet project objectives, schedules, and deadlines.
  • Monitor all pre-production, production, and post-production for digital and print work.
  • Effectively self-manage time, prioritize, meet deadlines, and juggle a large scope of work.
  • Demonstrate excellence in creative multi-channel experience design and execution of digital design.
  • Take initiative to understand business needs and marketing requirements to devise compelling design solutions for integrated marketing plans.
  • Ability to take direction, effectively present work, articulate design decisions to the brand team, and respond positively to constructive feedback.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of graphic design experience required
  • BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent degree
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator; knowledge of Acrobat and Microsoft Suite
  • Typographic excellence, a commitment to accuracy & organization, and strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Experience from concept to execution in the digital design space
  • Passion for fashion
