About the position

San Lorenzo Bikinis is seeking a creative Graphic Designer with a passion for swimwear and beach-inspired lifestyle graphics. The Graphic Designer will utilize multiple media platforms to design graphics that are in line with the company's creative vision and brand image. This role is essential in creating visually appealing content that resonates with our target audience and enhances our brand identity. Some of the responsibilities include following monthly “mood boards” to design graphics for the stores and branding campaigns. The graphics will encompass a variety of formats, including social media fliers, web banners, email newsletters, printed media, retail store signage, promotional merchandise, branding artwork, line sheets, and look books. Additionally, the designer will be responsible for creating social media-style filters and editing/retouching photographic content thoroughly and consistently. Researching and proposing new ways of implementing graphics to improve sales will also be a key part of the role, ensuring that our marketing efforts are both innovative and effective.

Responsibilities

• Follow monthly “mood boards” to design graphics for the stores and branding campaigns.
• Create graphics including social media fliers, web banners, email newsletters, printed media, retail store signage, promotional merchandise, branding artwork, line sheets, and look books.
• Create social media-style filters and edit/retouch photographic content thoroughly and consistently.
• Research and propose new ways of implementing graphics to improve sales.

Requirements

• Artistic background with some drawing or illustrative experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop and Lightroom (knowledge of other comparable software is a plus).
• Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management and leadership skills. Must be able to work with deadlines.
• Passionate about swimwear, fashion, and beach culture.
• Up to date with fashion and graphic current trends.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (Preferred).
• 1 year of graphic design experience (Preferred).
• 1 year of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Preferred).
• 1 year of experience with Adobe Illustrator (Preferred).
