About the position

The Junior Exhibit/Graphic Designer at RISE Exhibits & Environments is responsible for creating engaging trade show exhibits and graphics that effectively convey clients' brand messages. This role involves collaboration with project management and clients, ensuring designs meet brand guidelines and project specifications while staying current with industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Create graphics pertaining to the company's marketing initiatives across a variety of platforms.
• Work closely with project management and clients to develop graphics.
• Conceptualize and design engaging trade show exhibits and displays.
• Collaborate with team members to understand the clients needs and objectives.
• Create detailed 'Show Ready' design renderings for clients and installation teams.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and standards set forth by our clients.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials and services.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align designs with overall strategy.
• Prepare and present design proposals to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety and accessibility standards.
• Maintain a library of design resources and materials.
• Participate in post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Website maintenance and updates as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Some experience with 3D modeling is required.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Max, AutoCAD, SketchUp).
• Strong understanding of design principles and construction techniques.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
