Aroma360 is continuously raising the bar for healthy scenting solutions in the industry! We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will play a key role in ensuring the effective management of employee attendance, fostering employee engagement, and resolving workplace issues. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple HR functions and is passionate about creating a positive work environment. The HR Generalist will monitor and track employee attendance and punctuality, develop and implement attendance policies and procedures, and address attendance issues promptly and professionally. They will prepare and analyze attendance reports to identify patterns and recommend solutions. In terms of employee engagement, the HR Generalist will plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives, conduct surveys to gauge employee satisfaction, and promote a positive workplace culture through recognition programs and team-building activities. Collaboration with management to develop strategies to enhance employee morale and productivity will also be a key responsibility. Additionally, the HR Generalist will act as a point of contact for employees to address grievances and workplace issues, conduct investigations, and resolve employee conflicts in a fair and timely manner. They will provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters and ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations. General HR functions will include assisting in the recruitment and onboarding process, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, and participating in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Nice-to-haves

  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Experience in attendance management and employee engagement programs.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
