About the position

The Junior iOS Developer position is a full-time role aimed at entry-level candidates with a passion for technology and software development. This role involves working with a dynamic IT consulting firm that specializes in delivering iOS solutions to a variety of industries. The position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience while working with Fortune 1,000 clients and requires a willingness to relocate for project assignments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain iOS applications using various programming languages and technologies.
• Participate in the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Collaborate with team members using Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Interact with REST Web APIs and utilize version control systems like Git or SVN.
• Work with XCode and various testing tools to ensure software quality.
• Utilize software integration tools such as JIRA, Jenkins, and FastLane.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of IT developer experience after obtaining a degree.
• Basic coding knowledge in languages such as Java, C#, C, C++, Python, React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, Flutter, Dart, Kotlin, and Java.
• Basic knowledge of iOS and experience with mobile technologies.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and best practices.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-haves

• Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Experience interacting with REST Web APIs (Json/XML).
• Familiarity with XCode and testing tools.
• Experience using software integration tools like JIRA, Jenkins, and FastLane.
