About the position

The Junior Instructional Designer/Content Developer role at Insight Global is focused on assisting in the creation of effective and engaging training materials. This position is less technical and more centered on content development, requiring collaboration with subject matter experts and the integration of content into a Learning Management System (LMS).

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and recreating training materials, including e-learning modules and other instructional content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy.
• Review and refine training materials based on SME feedback.
• Support the integration of content into the Learning Management System (LMS).

Requirements

• Experience or familiarity with e-learning tools, particularly Articulate Rise.
• Basic understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
