Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of design concepts for various projects.
  • Prepare presentation materials for client meetings and competitions.

  • Utilize AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and 3D modeling software to create design visuals.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input on project direction.
  • Conduct research on materials and finishes for design projects.
  • Support the team in maintaining project schedules and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Professional degree in Architecture (BArch or above).
  • 0-3 years of professional experience in the U.S.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong conceptual and spatial design ability.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and 3D modeling software (Sketch-Up); Revit is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
  • Practical knowledge of construction and design processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and rigorous environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and good listening abilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Revit software.
