About The Position
The Junior Analyst role is designed for recent college graduates with an interest in AI, focusing on Conversational AI and data analysis related to user needs and experiences. The position involves gathering and analyzing data, creating surveys, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance IT services. The analyst will also support the User Advocacy Group in understanding and addressing user IT needs, engage in conversational analysis, and tackle complex business problems with technology solutions.
