About the position

The Junior Analyst role is designed for recent college graduates with an interest in AI, focusing on Conversational AI and data analysis related to user needs and experiences. The position involves gathering and analyzing data, creating surveys, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance IT services. The analyst will also support the User Advocacy Group in understanding and addressing user IT needs, engage in conversational analysis, and tackle complex business problems with technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document user, business, and macro market requirements and feedback through surveys, interviews, and other data collection methods.
• Analyze and interpret data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations identifying trends, patterns, and insights.
• Design and implement data collection sources and maintain surveys and interviews to capture user experiences and IT needs.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations using conversational logs, ticket data, and voice recordings to communicate findings.
• Build, maintain, and update analytics dashboards to track user satisfaction and other performance metrics, KPIs, and other performance indicators.
• Conduct forensic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Summarize complex data into understandable formats for stakeholders.
• Synthesize data from various sources to provide comprehensive insights into user needs and market best practices.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Ensure financial reports are accurate and provide insights into financial performance.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand user needs and deliver actionable insights.

Requirements

• Recent college graduate with a relevant degree in Computer Science/Technology.
• Experience through class projects or internships related to data analysis or AI.

Nice-to-haves

• Interest in Conversational AI and user experience research.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
